Marshall J. Subach joined the firm in 1995. He is a multifaceted attorney that is experienced in not only civil litigation but also transactional matters. Mr. Subach’s vast experience allows him to counsel clients in a wide variety of matters, including:

Representing individuals and small businesses in all aspects of civil litigation, including prosecuting and defending commercial disputes, including breach of contract claims, post-closing home defects, real estate disputes, shareholder claims, landlord/tenant evictions, miscellaneous chancery actions, and foreclosure defense.

REAL ESTATE

Representing individuals and small businesses in purchasing and selling residential and commercial real estate.

WILLS, TRUSTS, ESTATE PLANNING:

Representing individuals in estate planning encompassing: Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney, Living Wills and other ancillary documents for all their estate planning needs.

CORPORATE

Representing small to mid-size businesses in setting up corporations or limited liability companies; buying and selling businesses; drafting shareholder agreements

ZONING AND LAND USE

Representing individuals and businesses with preparing land use issues, rezoning, special use permits, annexation agreements before local zoning and planning boards.

PROBATE AND ESTATE ADMINISTRATION

Estate Administration refers to the process of probating an estate of a decedent which generally includes collecting, inventory, and appraising assets, paying and collecting debts, filing and paying estate taxes and distributing remaining assets to beneficiaries.
